Shantanu advises and mentors organisations in both the commercial and social sector in strategy and scale up. He is especially interested and active in the areas of blended finance, financial inclusion and livelihood in his social sector work. He is also an active Angel investor in early stage start ups. Before 2019 for a decade and a half, he had helped build and scale up Genpact from a captive to a premier transformation services company and led a billion and half dollar portfolio working with global market leaders in multiple industries. Prior to that he was CFO for GE in India and was a finance leader with Hindustan Unilever after doing his CA from PwC. Shantanu is based in Gurgaon and loves sports, reading and travel.
