Ridhima is an Analyst at The Blended Finance Company, with experience across investment research, due diligence, and private markets.

Prior to TBFC, she was at The D.E. Shaw Group as a Financial Research Associate where she worked closely with the investments team to provide all sorts of investment research, varying across tech, AI, and the energy sectors. She completed her bachelors from IPCW, Delhi University and also holds the CFA Level 1 certification.
