Bianca Mascarenhas

Lead Productivity Support

Bianca brings over 17 years of diverse work experience shaped across the media, aviation, hospitality, and banking sectors, with roles in India and overseas. Her journey into the social impact space began at Dalberg, where she spent 7.5 years in HR and played a pivotal role in building teams across levels for its Asia offices.  She later worked briefly as an HR Business Partner with a leading OTT platform following its acquisition by an Indian company, deepening her understanding on HR as both a strategic and operational function. Her work included policy and process design, employee branding and engagement initiatives.

Before joining TBFC, Bianca was part of Crossover Catalyst, a purpose-driven, people-centric executive search firm focused on the social impact sector. Over five years, she engaged closely with senior leaders of mission-driven organizations addressing some of the world’s most complex challenges, gaining deep insight into their culture, leadership needs, and hiring priorities. In parallel, she worked with professionals seeking meaningful career transitions, helping build thoughtful, high-impact partnerships between talent and organizations.

Bianca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ancient Indian Culture from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. A self-professed javaphile with a fondness for dark chocolate, she shares her love for dogs and Country music with her husband and their two young children. She has performed with two of Mumbai’s leading choral ensembles at venues including the National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA), and is trained in Western Classical piano through Trinity College London.
